I am sharing with the world the joyful experiences that I have gained from my four decades of Osho's lifestyle. You will be surprised to know that the springs of pleasure are developing within me in twice the proportion in which I am sharing these pleasant experiences with the world.

Sadhguru Osho has invented meditation practices to attain God and to orient towards a blissful life. If they are done consciously and continuously, then glimpses of bliss begin to appear. Whatever I have gained from these meditation practices, I am enjoying sharing it with you.

I am trying to present these meditation practices in the language of common people. The reason for this is that the people whom Osho was teaching meditation were the most cultured and highly educated people of the world. Osho's language was understandable for those people. But common people find it difficult to understand that language. Hence, by using the common spoken language, we have opened the doors of understanding Osho's teachings for every reader who aspires for peace.

Listening to Osho in my teens, I understood that the people who had earned fame after years of hard work, the threads of restlessness have not vanished from their lives. The restlessness is still there. The fame for which he had put in all his efforts, after achieving that fame, a river of peace should have flowed in his life. After achieving that fame, his life should have been fragrant with the aroma of satisfaction. Achieving fame was his only desire. Now his desire was fulfilled but neither did the threads of restlessness leave his mind nor did the river of peace flow in his life. The fragrance of the flowers of satisfaction was not visible; rather the effort to maintain the fame began. Life got entangled in this effort.

After spending whole life's energy to achieve it, he achieved the goal. But now what? He got the fame but the restlessness still exists. For decades, restlessness had started feeling like destiny. This relationship with destiny will not end just like that. To remove this restlessness, one must have a big house as per the fame. Now energy will start getting spent in building a big house. Somehow the house was also built. Now it felt that the restlessness should end. But the restlessness is not taking the name of ending.

I understood the concept of this restlessness and boredom when I read Osho's "Es Dhamma Sanantano". In this discourse, Osho said that many people become rich but are unable to become wealthy. When they become rich or famous, the habit of living a restless life becomes so intense that the very identity of peace disappears. The thought is that when we get wealth and fame, then we will be at peace. It is not so easy to be at peace. Wealth and fame have come into life but restlessness remains the same.

Osho explained the root causes of sorrow, anguish, restlessness and pain in life. Quoting Gautam Buddha's words, Osho said that Buddha believed that there is sorrow in life. When sorrow catches us, we ask; who created this sorrow? Who is creating my sorrow? Family, social system or economic structure? Osho says that if this question was asked to Karl Marx, he would have said that the economic structure of society is wrong. If we had asked Freud, he would have said that If man is left free to act according to his instincts, he will become as autocratic as a wild animal. That autocratic man will destroy civilization. If an attempt is made to refine man by training him, his basic instincts will be suppressed. According to Freud, suppression of basic instincts leads to misery. If man is left free, then autocracy will be created. If an attempt is made to change his basic instincts, then suppression will take place. Freud did not consider both the methods appropriate.
