That person sent a good morning message on my phone. At first I did not believe that this message was from the same person. But the caller ID confirmed the truth. The level of tension came down to zero. On the night of the sixteenth day, I again sent a message of love and friendliness. On the seventeenth day, I again got to read a good morning message. A message was also written asking if we could meet this evening at Nikhil's wedding function? Now my faith turned into belief. Now there was no doubt that all this was the result of friendliness messages. In the evening, we had dinner at the same table at the wedding function. We discussed openly on many issues. The conclusion was that such situations arose due to lack of communication. The waves of friendliness messages made the harp of his heart vibrate. The lack of communication was resolved with the tunes of that harp. The mind became calm.

This is how the results of friendliness messages are.

If you also try them, you will not be disappointed.

Positive results will not let your energy get wasted.

There should not be any purpose behind such messages and feelings. All these activities should be done without any purpose. In other words, messages of friendliness should be sent only for your own pleasure. With the regular flow of these messages, our friendliness centre will become stronger. If you do just one task in a day without any reason, then along with the feeling of friendliness becoming stronger, you will also experience pleasure. Loving a person and not wanting anything in return. This is not an expensive deal in Osho's view. When eagerness to express love arises, the doors to a loving state start opening. To be loving is like heaven.

Sadhguru Osho has given another mantra for purifying emotions i.e. compassion.

We can also consider compassion to be equivalent to mercy. It is not necessary that compassion arises automatically in the heart. There are many such seekers in whose heart the strings of compassion automatically resonate. But the number of such people can be counted on fingers. Most people have strings in the veena of their hearts but they are unaware of these strings. They do not know that God had put the elements of compassion within us right from our birth. In order to awaken and develop the strings of the veena in the hearts of such people, we will have to take measures to make the compassion centre, given by nature, resonate.

We all know that life is fleeting. But it is difficult to accept this. Here, not only human life, but everything is fleeting. If we realise about the people living around us that the people we see today, could this day be the last day of their life? If such a realisation becomes strong, then compassion will automatically start arising in the mind towards every human being. This compassion is called Karuna (compassion) by Osho.

Osho went to a garden. The beauty of the flowers there was captivating. Osho looked at these gifts of nature with great love. But the very next moment a thought came to his mind that such beautiful flowers will wilt with the arrival of evening. As soon as this thought came, a feeling of compassion for the flowers arose. Knowing that life is fleeting, why is so much lust, hatred and suffering arising? The only reason for this is that the centre of compassion in our heart has not been developed. If the centre of compassion is developed, then we can get relief from mental diseases in life.
