By laughing with full force for one hour, the second stage of Osho's active meditation, catharsis, is completed. Osho has given a lot of emphasis on catharsis in this meditation practice of five stages. The suppressed emotions in our mind get collected and go into the subconscious. Due to which a ruckus continues inside the mind for twenty-four hours. This ruckus continues even during sleep which we know as dreams. With one hour of laughter, these suppressed emotions start coming out of the subconscious. The mind and brain become lighter. Osho, while explaining the need for catharsis, said that by throwing out the things that we do not like or which create hindrance in our work, we get freedom from the collection of harmful events. Catharsis is also called purgation here. By this method, we try to throw out the anger, sorrow, fear etc. within us. In this, if someone feels like crying, he can cry. If someone wants to shout, he can shout with full force. One is completely free to do whatever feels natural to him. During this process, an attempt is made to touch the inner edge and throw out the repression. Many times we do not know or do not feel it, but the repression is so deep that we are not even aware of it. We limited this second stage of Osho's dynamic meditation to humour. Laughing with mother on mobile speaker with full force has become an integral part of the daily routine. In this period of four years, high blood pressure became normal. The mind became calm. Suppressed emotions came out and the speed of thoughts also came under control. I will be happy if you also start this method of catharsis and maintain it throughout life.

While discussing why happiness and bliss are essential for purification of emotions, it was concluded that when the mind is happy, the perspective of looking at everything changes. Everything starts appearing good and pure.

We have written the story of the last moments of enlightenment of a blissful monk, told by Osho, by quoting it from the Amrit Pravachan of Mahabaleshwar. In contrast to this, it would also be relevant to mention the story heard from elders in childhood. Through this story, we want to explain that such credulities are also born in the mind of a human being which are harmful for the entire society. Pay attention to the story -

"There was a farmer in a village. He had about ten acres of land. The crop was good so the farmer was rich. There was no shortage, yet he used to lend money to the villagers at a high interest rate. Whenever a needy person came to borrow money, he would ask his wife to tell him that Ramdev is not at home right now, come tomorrow. When the needy person came the next day, he would tell him that he will do the paperwork and give the money tomorrow. When the needy person came the next day, he would do the paperwork that day but would make an excuse that the money has been lent to a certain person. He will bring it tonight so you take it tomorrow. The next day when the needy person came to his house at the appointed time to take the money, he would deliberately go to the fields. Then the next day he would give the money to the needy.
